These rules run in the engine exactly as written. Same price, no snipers ahead of you, one transaction. Nothing here promises a price or a result: memecoins can go to zero.
The pledge window
A creator sets a window of 1 to 24 hours, a pool cap of 1 to 25 SOL, a per-wallet cap of 0.05 to 2 SOL and a minimum number of pledgers (3 to 100, default 10). The rules can't change once the window opens.
The window opens as soon as the launch is created and shows a public countdown.
The creator can pledge like anyone, under the same per-wallet cap.
Pledges, the cap and the waitlist
A pledge is a SOL deposit you sign into the launch's own escrow, with the memo unison:v1:pledge:<id>. It counts only after the deposit is verified on chain. The smallest pledge is 0.01 SOL.
Your first pledge in a launch also carries a 0.0021 SOL delivery reserve: it pays for your token account when tokens are delivered. It is never part of the pool, and refunds return it.
The pool fills first come, first served in on-chain order. The pledge that crosses the cap is split; everything after it waits on the waitlist. Adding to your pledge joins the back of the queue.
Withdraw any time before the close: every deposit comes back, and the waitlist moves up into the room you freed.
The launch transaction
When the window closes with at least the minimum pledgers, UNISON builds ONE transaction: the pump.fun create (the creator is the coin's creator) and one buy with the whole pool, where the escrow is the buyer and also pays the create rent.
Before anything is sent, the server checks the creator-signed transaction instruction by instruction: create, the escrow's token account, the pooled buy, the memo, nothing else. Only then does the escrow co-sign. Because create and buy are in the same transaction, nothing can be ordered between them.
The creator has 2 hours after the close to sign. If they don't, the launch is cancelled and everyone is refunded.
Allocation and the unison price
Tokens bought by the pool are split pro-rata to each accepted pledge with integer math. The rounding dust (a few base units) goes to the largest pledger, the earliest one on a tie.
The unison price is the pool's SOL divided by the tokens bought. Every pledger's own price is that same number.
Tokens are sent from the escrow in batched transfers with the memo unison:v1:alloc:<id>. Each delivery is idempotent: before any resend the keeper checks the chain for that memo.
Refunds
Everyone is refunded automatically when the window ends below the minimum pledgers, the pool is too small for a launch, the creator cancels, or the creator doesn't sign in time.
Whatever is still on the waitlist at the close is refunded. Refunds carry the memo unison:v1:refund:<id> and return the pledge and its reserve, minus a 0.00001 SOL network fee share.
A deposit that lands after the close or over your cap is never counted; it is refunded the same way.
Fees and costs
Launch fee: 0.03 SOL from the pool to UNISON.
Network costs: up to 0.02 SOL from the pool pays the create rent. Whatever is left in the escrow after delivery (usually well under 0.01 SOL) goes to UNISON in a final, public transfer.
The creator pays only network fees for signing. pump.fun's own trading fees apply to the pooled buy like any buy.
The creator also signs the pump.fun fee-share setup: creator 90%, UNISON 10% of creator fees.
